Content License

You keep all rights in the business descriptions, notes and files you submit. You grant ARG CONSULTING LIMITED a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service and generate output for you.

As between you and us, you own the strategy text, image assets and explainer storyboards generated for you, and may use them for your own business and client work, subject to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Outputs may be non-unique: similar prompts can produce similar results for other users.

We do not use your inputs or generated results to train AI models across users. Business information and client material you submit are used only to generate your output and are cleared from active generation caches by default within 30 days unless you save them to your workspace or a longer period is legally required. You are responsible for the lawful authorisation to submit any third-party material.

The Argo name, brand, site design, illustrative imagery and software are owned by ARG CONSULTING LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied or reused except as needed to use the service.

You are responsible for how you use generated output, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or mislead others, in line with the Acceptable Use Policy.
