Terms of Service

Argo is an online-only digital subscription that helps you generate structured strategy, visual assets and explainer video storyboards from the information you provide. It is a thinking and expression tool. We do not deliver physical goods and provide no shipping.

Strategy, analysis, documents, visuals and video that Argo generates are informational and directional only. They are not licensed management, financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice and do not constitute a consulting engagement. You are responsible for your business decisions and should verify important matters with a suitably qualified professional. AI output may contain errors or generic phrasing.

Argo does not provide personalised investment advice, specific securities recommendations, or valuation, return or fundraising-amount forecasts. Any financial or fundraising content is a general framework or illustrative example only. You must not rely on Argo output as financial advice.

You must be at least 13 to use Argo. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. The service is not intended for children under 13.

Plans (Compass, Operator, Boardroom) are billed in USD on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly workspace allowances reset each period and do not carry over. There are no credit packs and no stored monetary value. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use Argo lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not generating infringing brand assets or fabricated market, testimonial or financial data used to mislead investors or customers.

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and, as between you and us, the outputs generated for you, as described in the Content License. You are responsible for having the rights to any third-party material you upload.

We work to keep Argo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARG CONSULTING LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Argo and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
