• Account & contact data: name, email, and messages you send us.
• Subscription & billing data: plan, subscription status, and billing metadata. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Workspace inputs (user input): the user input you provide — the business descriptions, challenges, prompts and notes you type into the tool, and any files or reference material you choose to upload.
• Generated results: the strategy text, image assets and explainer storyboards Argo produces for you.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and basic diagnostics, collected to run and secure the service.

We collect data directly from you (when you sign up, subscribe, use the workspace or contact us), automatically through cookies and server logs, and from our processors (for example, subscription status from Stripe).

• To provide the service (generate strategy, visuals and video; deliver exports) — performance of a contract.
• To take payment and manage subscriptions — performance of a contract.
• To secure, debug and improve the service — legitimate interests.
• To respond to support requests — legitimate interests / contract.
• To send service and, where permitted, marketing messages — consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out anytime.
• To meet legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention) — legal obligation.

We do not use your workspace inputs or generated results to train AI models across users.

We share personal data only with processors that help us run Argo, under contract and only as needed:

• Hosting & delivery: our cloud hosting and content-delivery provider.
• Payments: Stripe (subscriptions, billing, receipts).
• AI generation: the AI model provider that powers strategy and asset generation, which processes your prompt to return a result.
• Email & support: our email/support tooling for replies and notifications.
• Database & storage: our managed database and file storage for account, subscription and workspace data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

The user input you submit (your prompts, business descriptions and uploaded files) is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your output and return it to you. Your user input, uploaded files and the generated results are retained to operate your account and are cleared from active generation caches by default within 30 days unless you save them to your workspace or a longer period is required for legal reasons. We do not use your user input, uploaded files or generated results to train AI models across customers. You can ask us to delete your user input and results at any time by emailing support@argcons.shop. You are responsible for having the rights to any third-party material you upload, and you should not submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information as user input.

Our processors may store or process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and for the period required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations after it closes. Workspace inputs and generated results follow the retention described in section 6. Support messages are kept for a reasonable period to handle follow-ups.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Under UK/EU GDPR you can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office). Under the CCPA, California residents may request access and deletion and may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If this ever changes, we will provide a clear opt-out. To exercise any request, email support@argcons.shop.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and regulators of qualifying breaches as required by law.

Argo generates content with AI but does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you automatically. The service is not for children under 13, and users aged 13–17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
