Argo is a digital subscription service. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal or by emailing support@argcons.shop. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically in USD until cancelled. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Monthly workspace allowances reset each period and do not carry over; unused allowance is not refundable or exchangeable for money.
3. Refunds
- Because access is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- If you were charged in error, charged after a timely cancellation, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
- Where mandatory consumer law in your country grants a withdrawal or refund right, we honour it.
4. Quality and regeneration
If a generated strategy, image asset or explainer does not meet your needs, use the workspace to regenerate or refine it, or contact support — we would rather fix the output than leave you stuck. Regeneration is included in your plan allowance.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
